The Yard was preparing to launch Singapore’s newest and largest High-Performance Gymnastics Centre in Jurong. This was their most ambitious project to date, with significant overheads, a brand-new site, and a clear requirement to fill classes before opening and reach break-even immediately.
Alongside driving enrolments, the launch required:
